CompanyRegistry.com.au is a service of Brightstone Pty Ltd, an Australian Registered Body (ABN: 61124976629)."Us" or "we" means Brightstone. CompanyRegistry.com.au's online company registeration service and 1300 306 656 telephone support are provided by Register A Company Limited (ABN: 69122330287). Both the service fee ($119) and the ASIC fee ($400) are non-refundable except in certain circumstances when the company cannot be registered due to factors outside the control of the customer. In this event, the customer must apply in writing citing the details and explanation for the refund. Refunds are provided by Register A Company Limited at its sole discretion of management.
